Required for legacy/local admin sharing controls. Photo download permission must be enforced by Firebase role/owner checks, not this password alone.

Use Firebase Authentication + role-based access. Admin actions are enforced by Firebase roles/security rules, not only by hidden buttons on the screen. Photo downloads are admin/super-admin only. Allow guests to join without email signup. Guests enter the event PIN, type their name, and continue through Firebase Anonymous Auth. Upload ownership is still enforced by Firebase UID.

Role check before creating event

Require moderator/admin approval before photos become visible. Uploaded photos will be marked pending until the event organizer, event moderator, or super admin approves them. Expire guest link password after 24 hours. Guests can only use the shared link/PIN within 24 hours from link generation.
